Hello I'm Francine. Welcome to Sweetcakes. I'm an award winning decorator and have been baking for the GTA since 1991. I started baking at an early age watching my mom make cakes from scratch. After mastering the art of baking and cake decorating, Sweetcakes was formed so that my passion for baking and decorating stunning confections and memorable centerpieces would be available to you!
My heavenly delicious cakes have been enjoyed at hundreds at birthday parties, bridal and baby showers and most of all, wedding celebrations. These delectable cakes are available in either chocolate or vanilla layered sponge and filled with a vanilla or chocolate pudding-like filling. All cakes are NUT FREE and decorated with my homemade butter cream frosting (it's not too sweet). I also offer gluten free and lactose free cakes. It is recommend to provide me with advance notice for all orders especially for parties planned on long weekends or during the holiday season.
